    I mean, even with Mark on the ratings committee, what are the odds they'll actually vote to kick someone up a division? ZERO. The ratings committee is a paper tiger.

      Ah, but you miss the joy of the drama, it really isn't about whether the ratings committee kicks or pats a team, it is all about the unfolding of the possibility.... purely just the rose colored fantasy....
